More and more, Todd Bowles feels like the compass for this Team.
He’s setting a standard for his side of the ball and all the players take after him and his mindset.

Oft-spoken Gholston is all business.
Once again, a defensive player not being anywhere near satisfied with what went on last season.
Gholston has been one of the most overlooked and underappreciated players on the Team since his arrival. He’s gotten better every year and he’s carrying the maturity of a true veteran in this pivotal season.
There were some people that expected Barrett to come away with 19 sacks in Week 1.
Barrett came away with pass defensed after batting down a pass against New Orleans.
I’m looking for Barrett to get a good bit of pressure against Carolina.
Especially from the right side of the line.
There’s no lack in confidence from this young fella.
And I love it.

This is why I said the BUCS didn’t need to go out and reach for “veteran leadership”.

Regardless of reporters and/or national media’s fixation on the Week 1 loss, it was all business and on to Carolina pretty early in the week for the players. Scotty Miller had a damn good game against New Orleans.
If Godwin is out Sunday dealing with the concussion protocol, Miller is gonna get an even bigger chance to let the world know his name.
