We've placed TE O.J. Howard on IR and promoted WR Cyril Grayson to the active roster.https://t.co/7DafyZOcXiOctober 6, 2020

One of the biggest offensive weapons ends up on IR for the 3rd time in 4 seasons.

He will be missed.

Especially with all the other injuries piling up.

6 Super Bowl rings or not, I can’t give him a pass for using “then” instead of “than”.

I know autocorrect is a mutha…..

But, get your s#*% together, Brady!!

The Bucs wanna win every game obviously but on a short week I think they gotta consider holding Evans out. I think you can get by with Miller, Watson, Johnson, Gronk, and Brate as your receiving options and lean heavy on the run this week. https://t.co/0nIElhyJWaOctober 6, 2020

It’s looking ugly.

On a short week, the BUCS may be without WR1 and WR2 for Thursday’s matchup in Chicago.

6 teams that missed the 2019 @NFL Playoffs have 3 wins through 4 weeks:

Bears
Browns
Colts
Rams
Buccaneers
SteelersOctober 7, 2020

It’s an uphill battle.

But the train keeps rolling on.

Awwwwwwww!!!

Brady at the end of the game... pic.twitter.com/tDiNxgL3pgOctober 9, 2020
Yup, that’s me. Tristan Wirfs.

You’re probably wondering how I ended up in this situation. pic.twitter.com/6AacesJcszOctober 9, 2020

They’re OUR guys.

But, if you can’t make light of their situations while hoping for the best for them AND looking for the best from them, it’s gonna be a much harder journey than it needs to be.

Brady was, more likely than anything, playing the game. Trying to work the refs.

Wirfs got beat by one of the League’s Top 2 defensive players.

It was a Christian McCaffrey stiff-arm that ignited Devin White’s ascension.

This could be the instance that makes Wirfs a different kind of focused player going forward.

And well, Smith is the whipping boy of EA Sports video game head coaches and virtual draft experts in BUCS fandom.

It was decided he’ll never be a legit left tackle in the League pre-draft.

Every instance of imperfection over the last 5yrs just validates that according to the angst of that crowd.

That and the notion “he just doesn’t look like he cares”.

We're going to get fucking shit on by the Green Bay PackersOctober 9, 2020
Pretenders? Frauds? Still in need of more preseason games? What are we? #GoBucsOctober 9, 2020
Tough loss for the #GoBucs tonight but I predicted them to start the year 3-2 and still finish 11-5. Relax peopleOctober 9, 2020

(whisper) Ahhhhhh…It’s the elusive level-headed BUCS fan living amongst the wild.

Rare in its existence.

Beautiful.

As his counterparts scavenge the lands looking for bits of familiar instantaneous reaction and negative notions to sustain themselves, he remains calm.

Focused.

For he knows he must navigate his was through this wilderness for a minimum of 16 weeks.

He knows the journey is long. Often tiresome.

Repetitive with its challenges.

The ups and the downs.

He is prepared.

Astounding.

Bruce Arians just said

“I feel like this was one game we got out coached and out played”.

Wow 😳October 9, 2020

Well, sometimes he does tell the truth pretty straight forward.

Sometimes.

Highway robbery. The refs hoed us.October 9, 2020
That Shaq roughing the passer literally won the Bears the gameOctober 9, 2020
Don't blame the referees.

The #Bucs didn't play to win. They played to not lose. And they lost anyway.

This one is on Bruce Arians.

Huge error to not go for it on fourth and 1 from the Chicago 7-yard line late in the fourth quarter.October 9, 2020
Well shit. We got what we deservedOctober 9, 2020
“Bucs had no business losing this game”

“They earned the L”

Both are correct statementsOctober 9, 2020

Whether it was the self-inflected penalties or  the more-than-curious coaching  decisions, there were enough issues on the BUCS side of things to focus on instead of the refereeing throughout the game.

Arguably, that 4th and 1 FG to go up 2 points rather than go for the touchdown gave Chicago as much life as the phantom “roughing the passer” call against Barrett.

I hate the former more because the BUCS had total control of that situation.

Buc Ball is Dead!! Just wing it cause TOM at QB?, wouldn’t do it!! #DamnShameOctober 9, 2020
Vita Vea against a back up guard pic.twitter.com/fvkStQhyqLOctober 9, 2020
Vita Vea, who Bucs coach Bruce Arians called maybe the best nose tackle in the league, suffered a broken leg and will miss the remainder of the season. #Bucs #GoBucs https://t.co/YYoSbx0hhsOctober 9, 2020

Going back to Week 3 of last season, I’ve said this defense is one Vita Vea injury from looking completely different.

While many still relegate his importance to just the run game, his presence on passing downs is even more outstanding.

He’s the only player on the defensive line the was routinely in need of being double-teamed by the opposition.

The LBs and the entire secondary ate off of that ability to get pressure up the middle.

Hopefully, Todd Bowles works some magic to make up for this HUGE loss.

My apologies, but I'll be Back! #LOVE
